Sports administration professional with a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and Business and hands-on experience leading athletic programs, supervising sports operations, and coordinating competitive events. My background combines leadership, teamwork, and high-pressure decision-making through experience as a Wildland Firefighter, Sport Supervisor Lead, and Sport Programs Coordinator. I bring a strong operational mindset, communication skills, and the ability to lead in fast-paced environments. As a lifelong athlete, I have over 12 years of competitive basketball experience, 10+ combined years of competitive volleyball and track experience, and 4 years as a Division II collegiate athlete. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of athlete development, team culture, performance standards, and organizational success.
