I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Management of Science and Engineering at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. Searching for an internship or a part-time job for work experience. I am interested in project management, machine design, production chain, and mechanical manufacturing.
While working as an Athletic Trainer in Nanjing, I taught children the basics of badminton and incorporated English language lessons into our training sessions. This dual approach not only improved their athletic skills but also enhanced their communication abilities. My focus on creating a supportive environment led to significant improvements in student engagement and retention.
Through navigating complex international onboarding and regulatory protocols, I mastered bilingual professional communication in English and Mandarin while developing advanced expertise in logistical coordination, financial data integrity, and the strategic management of multi-stakeholder administrative requirements.
By managing full-cycle international recruitment and multilingual screening, I developed high-level proficiency in data-driven pipeline management and multimedia branding while refining my ability to navigate complex cross-border communications and organizational logistics in a Chinese-speaking business environment.
