After graduation from Haaga-Helia, I started working at SOK's national sales service. Tasks include customer service and sales by phone. The job included mainly hotel room booking management. The booking system that i used was Micros Opera and the customer database was in Verinti.
I was working at Sinebrychoff for four months as a summer job. I started working at a sales service where I made beverage orders with SAP. I later moved in the billing service where I corrected the incorrect invoices and did other billing tasks.
I did my internship at a hotel sales service where my job was to handle business meetings and accommodations for the customers. My work included customer service and sales work by phone and email to b2c and b2b customers. In practice, I made reservations for meeting rooms and hotel room with Micros Opera reservation system and table reservations with Table Online.
