Kossan is one of the largest manufacturers of latex disposable gloves in the world with an annual production capacity of 28 billion pieces and the largest technical rubber products manufacturer in Malaysia. As a process engineer, I was responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of medical gloves. Responsibilities: - Working hands-on to troubleshoot process units. - Finding root cause of quality problems. - Ensuring compliance to quality, process units predefined parameters, rules and regulations. - Managing improvement projects.
I have worked closely with regulations and standards (ISO, ASTM and Australian Standards) to co-develop elastomeric formulation to meet customer specifications. Skills: - Validated new analytical and methodology. - Automated data analysis via VBA and macros in EXCEL. - Co-developed SCADA software for custom test machines. - Applied ISO 17025 to maintain laboratory operations.
