• Assisted in the testing and development of the plant simulation tool, contributing to the implementation of the tool across the manufacturing shop-floor • Managed and developed Excel production through Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) reports utilised by Production Leaders in planning their production targets and providing visibility over Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Established a standard operating procedure for the management of scrap blades, ensuring traceability of blades across the shop-floor
• Involved in developing a VBA report that assisted planners in consolidating demand • Created eLearn modules for documentation of planning processes and allows employees within the organization to have a thorough understanding of the Back-End planning processes
