I have a background in Tourism (BA) and a Master’s degree in Social Innovation & Communication. My path combines a strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality sector with a broader interest in how communication, culture and organizations create real impact. I have experience in customer-facing roles, where attention to detail, empathy and problem solving make the difference in everyday interactions. At the same time, my academic background allows me to look at projects and environments with a strategic and analytical mindset. I’m curious, adaptable and motivated to grow — whether in operational contexts like hospitality or in roles connected to communication, innovation and brand development. I’m looking for environments where I can contribute concretely, keep learning, and build something solid over time.
During my internship, I supported the daily operations of the team by assisting with administrative tasks, customer service, and project coordination. I was involved in preparing reports, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. In addition, I contributed to marketing and communication activities, gaining experience in both internal processes and external relations. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and a better understanding of business operations in a dynamic environment.
