I have spent my career building Jewish community. Today, I serve as CEO of the Savannah Jewish Federation and Jewish Educational Alliance, where I have the privilege of leading a unique nonprofit system that brings together community center programming, philanthropy, Jewish family services, security, and foundation stewardship under one roof. Every day, I get to work alongside dedicated professionals, volunteers, donors, and community leaders who believe that strong communities do not happen by accident—they are built intentionally. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, fundraising, and organizational strategy, but at its heart it is about people. Whether helping a family access support services, strengthening Jewish engagement, investing in future generations, or guiding long-term institutional growth, I believe our greatest responsibility is creating communities where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to contribute. Over the course of my career, I have helped organizations grow philanthropic support, strengthen financial sustainability, expand programming, and navigate periods of transition and opportunity. I have been fortunate to work with incredible lay leaders, professionals, and donors whose partnership has taught me that meaningful change is always a collective effort. My leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: institutions matter because people matter. Strong organizations create the conditions for belonging, learning, service, and impact. When we invest thoughtfully in our communities today, we create opportunities for future generations to thrive. I remain endlessly optimistic about the future of Jewish life and the power of community to bring people together, strengthen relationships, and improve the world around us.

• Responsible for ensuring all annual campaign, corporate sponsorship, grant and endowment goals were exceeded. • Managed development merger between two legacy agency campaigns (the Roth Family JCC and Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando). • Maintained moves management system to ensure donors were not missed. • Ensured success of three major community events including: annual golf tournament ($30K revenue), Choices ($120k revenue), and J Ball ($115k revenue). • Managed all aspects of giving process including cultivation, solicitation, thanking and stewardship. • Supervised full development team and committee. • Interfaced with lay leaders at board meetings and community events. • Developed and presented multi year 6 and 7 figure funding proposals. • Secured $200,000 grant. • Created and implemented a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Solicited multiple naming gifts at the five, six and seven figure levels. • Managed Hillel endowment fund ) and budget (annually $200,000). • Oversaw annual High Holiday, Giving Tuesday, and Passover fundraising campaigns. • Increased Hillel’s Student Government Allocation by 400%. • Solicited the donation of a Sefer Torah to Hillel from a local synagogue. • Ensured Stetson Hillel received local and national media attention annually including features in eJewishPhilanthropy, the Hillel College Guide, and the Florida Jewish Heritage Newspaper. • Represented the Jewish community at Stetson locally, regionally and globally. • Facilitated dialogue and partnerships with other faith and identity based community centers and organizations. • Annually recruited the largest delegation in the country to the JNF College Summit. • Grew AIPAC delegation year over year. • Mentored students in leadership development, networking and professional growth. • Collaborated with the college of Arts and Sciences to create a Jewish Studies minor. • Worked with campus dining to provide Kosher food options on campus. • Achieved Hillel’s “Excellence” status annually by achieving a student engagement breadth of 70%+ and depth of 30%+. • Managed and funded annual holocaust lecture and Jewish life lecture.
• Developed a vision and strategy that resulted in an increase of more than 20% across engagement benchmarks. • Supervised staff of five, including two direct reports who supervised additional staff. • Developed specific and measurable goals for staff members with semiannual check ins and annual evaluations. • Facilitated a workspace that was consistently rated as a great place to work by Leading Edge. • Provided opportunities for staff professional and personal development. • Created and managed a new student leadership model that enfranchised students to develop and lead their own programs. • Worked closely with the Executive Director & CEO to ensure the successful implementation of all organizational priorities and goals. • Set Hillel’s annual programmatic vision and goals. • Oversaw all marketing and branding of Central Florida Hillel on campus and in the community. • Appropriately developed and managed CFH program budget. • Collaborate with Director of Development for new and creative opportunities for donor involvement and solicitations. • Partnered with Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando to provide Jewish communal internships with local Jewish agencies.
• Created a comprehensive branding guide for staff and stakeholders on how to represent CFH to various constituencies. • Increased visibility of Central Florida Hillel around the south by meeting with 70 organizations and more than 500 teens. • Executed the Grinspoon Life & Legacy Campaign to increase endowments and legacy giving. • Liaised between Hillel and the UCF admissions office resulting in increased Jewish applicants to UCF. • Served as chief spokesperson for Central Florida Hillel at community events and with media. • Managed all marketing and social media interns. • Provided opportunities for the Orlando Jewish community to connect with Hillel students. • Solicited gifts in excess of $8,500.
• Designed and executed a comprehensive communications guide to better share Federation’s local and global impact with staff and community members. • Oversaw the allocation and management of $4+ million dollars to partners across Israel and Russia. • Liaised with the Jewish Agency for Israel, Join Distribution Committee and the Ethiopian National Project. • Created a leadership pipeline for two community committees. • Supervised four FTEs. • Increased visibility of Palm Beach's global impact through large scale and innovative programs. • Led teen, board, and VIP delegations to Israel. • Partnered with synagogues and local agencies for Jewish peoplehood and Zionist education programs. • Provided opportunities for family travel to Federation’s partnership region. • Represented Federation at domestic and international conferences. • Created and supervised the first Palm Beach Birthright bus in partnership with the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County
• Managed overnight camp scholarship committee. • Allocated $80,000 in overnight summer camp scholarship and One Happy Camper Grants. • Collaborated with local synagogues to hold ‘Camp Shabbat’ services to increase attendance at Jewish overnight camps. • Advocated for local families with Jewish summer camps to increase scholarship dollars for campers. • Represented Federation at Foundation for Jewish Camp meetings. • Served as the Youth Director for Temple Beit HaYam. • Raised $15,000 to build and furnish a youth lounge.
