• Led the development of grassroots football in Hong Kong • Liaised with key funding partners to successfully deliver across a range of programmes • Designed and developed strategic direction for grassroots development • Oversaw the management of annual budget of up to HKD $15,000,000 (£1.5m) • Directly managed National Grassroots Programmes consisting of 500+ coaches, 4,000+ players and 200+ teams aged 6 to 18 Key Achievements: ✔ Led significant workforce restructure to deliver improved outcomes for grassroots football development ✔ Successful implementation of the ‘Golden Age’ programme for 8-12 year olds ✔ Developed ‘Golden Age League’ comprising of 90+ teams and 1,400+ players from scratch ✔ Increased participation of players aged 4 to 8 by 40% over 2 seasons ✔ Achieved Silver Membership of the Asian Football Confederation Grassroots Charter ✔ Finalist of the AFC President’s Recognition for Grassroots Football (2017 & 2019)

• Responsible for the planning and implementation of a coach education strategy • Oversaw the management of all staff involved in the coach education programme • Planned and led in-service Continuing Professional Development events for all staff • Delivered Premier Skills Coach Education courses across China in partnership with the British Council and Premier League • Project led the Beijing International Junior Football League (BIJFL), including line management of administrative staff Key Achievements: ✔ Successfully developed and delivered the ‘ClubFootball Level 1 Football Course’ to partner schools and organisations ✔ Grew the Beijing International Junior Football League from 90 to 130+ teams with 1,500+ players, generating £30,000 additional income in 2015 ✔ Mentored and developed coaches who have since progressed in to the professional game
