About

I am conscientious, keen and enjoy working in a team environment, particularly in a role which allows me to exercise and develop my problem-solving skills. My main interest is computers, which I explore in my free time by programming, research, and generally keeping up to date with new developments in the field, but I also enjoy taking part in sport and athletics. As well as this, I am extremely hard working, and am very self-motivated. I am punctual with strong organisational capabilities, with the ability to take the lead when necessary. I love being around people and I have strong communication skills.

  • Software Engineer Intern at Black Pepper Software Ltd
    Jul 2016 - Sep 2016 · 3 mos

In the summer of my second year at university, I was lucky enough to be afforded the opportunity to work at a software development company, Black Pepper Software, based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Here I undertook a number of tasks, including but not limited to practising agile methods of software development, aiding in development of the company's new website and creating some commercial software. Here I learnt many new and valuable skills alongside helpful and patient colleagues.
