Currently I am working as a freelance EVS operator on sporting events while I continue to develop my personal skills, and work on my design portfolio.
Working as a part of the counters service team, working towards achieving the store goal of offering ‘Best in town’ service by delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards. Flexible working pattern in order to accommodate a consistently changing workload, due to seasonal customer patterns, ensuring good team morale.
Worked over a summer period as entering data of custom made to fit wardrobes for a range of clients including commercial and domestic, analysing customer requirements, inputting the results into the ‘Sage’ computer program in order to reach the customers original vision. This maintained efficiency and upheld data security regulations.
Worked as part of the customer service team at Waitrose over a three year period. During this time operated under a flexible working pattern, with roles which included working alone and supervising others to ensure company standards where exceeded. Handled any customer complaints in a professional manner. Listened calmly to customer issues and offered empathy and guidance in line with equal opportunity policies. Processed and resolved issues swiftly. Worked on the fresh foods counters while ensuring the entire team upheld government health and safety regulations.
