Concurrent duties: 2012-2020:: Teacher mentor for HCI students participating in Singapore Young Physicist Tournament, achieving 100% success rate in shortlisting of all teams to the main fight of SYPT 2018, 2019 and 2020 after many past trials and tribulations. • introduced mechanical control of experiments using Arduino to reduce human error for HCI teams 2006-2017: teacher-in-charge of PA/AVA cca • trained students in all aspects of audio, lighting and video, and initiated developmental opportunities through external collaborations with VOMG and engagement of instructors from CJSOPA. • introduced new tech such as the digital mixer (with Behringer X32 series), active speakers, and improved audio-visual setup for major college celebrations at the central plaza (Mid-Autumn Festival, Orientation Campfire) • deployed wireless mic RF boosters using log-periodic antenna from WA5VJB and TV signal distribution systems at a fraction of the cost that an AV vendor would charge. 2017: teacher-in-charge of Studio Ardent cca • in charge of merging 3 CCAs: HC Photographic Society, Sensorium Vale and PA/AVA • oversaw the renovation and setting up of the Studio Ardent photographic studio / cca room. 2020: assistant teacher-in-charge of volleyball cca • initiated and supervised implementation of googlesite for the cca. Various years till 2020: administrative coordinator for SSEF, member of the IRB/SRC as an educator, CenTaD programme.
