I am currently leading an independent evaluation of mental health services in the UK, focused on how care is actually experienced in practice — not just how it is designed on paper. My background is as a former Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMS/RMN) alongside other roles working closely with clinicians, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams. This work combines frontline clinical experience with system-level analysis to better understand where services are working, where they are under pressure, and where gaps are leaving people without the support they need. I am currently synthesising insights from over 730 contributors, including NHS staff, service users, and carers, to build a clear, evidence-based picture of current system performance. The objective is simple: to provide an honest, data-driven assessment that can contribute to meaningful, real-world improvement in mental health service delivery.
Independent analysis of AIM-listed biotech companies, focusing on clinical trial design quality, endpoint relevance, translational risk, regulatory realism, and funding/dilution dynamics. Work centres on interpreting RNS announcements and clinical updates in plain English, with emphasis on execution risk, credibility, and capital implications rather than promotional narrative. Analysis is independent and informational only, intended for serious private investors and professionals. Not medical or investment advice.
