Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards supporting global business operations and decision-making. Design and manage governed semantic models to ensure scalable, certified, and reusable datasets across reporting layers. Perform end-to-end ETL processes, transforming raw data into analytics-ready structures using Azure Synapse and Databricks. Monitor and validate data pipelines, proactively checking job execution status (success/failure), identifying root causes, and ensuring data continuity. Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and trustworthiness of reported metrics. Debug and optimize DAX queries and underlying data models to enhance dashboard performance and reliability. Implement Git-based version control (push/pull workflows) to manage development lifecycle and collaborative changes. Provide structured BI technical support through a ticket-driven workflow (Snow-style), ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence. Facilitate meetings with business process owners and technical stakeholders to validate data outputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between business logic and reporting logic. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring data solutions are accurate, trusted, and aligned with operational goals. Contribute to data governance and reporting standards to improve consistency and usability across global analytics environments.
