• Manage and solve 30+ ticket holders' questions/requests regarding Husker Tickets, Important Dates, or general event information daily via phone and email to enhance client ticketing experience • Accomplish various tasks for full-time employees by executing them efficiently to assure duties are met within the time frame.
• Reviewed and edited company policies and composed three equipment procedures by utilizing my Human Resources knowledge and writing skills to improve everyday workplace behavior and functions. • Compiled all SSSI media coverage and athlete/income information from 2010 to present day to introduce upper management to material about our services and successes. • Arranged the SSSI trade show booth for the Sanford International PGA champions tour through collaboration with colleagues to promote a high-tech golf 3D motion capture camera.
