Duties and responsibilities: • Overseeing the design and construction process using technical expertise and management skills • Review approves system specification, design concept, control system, technical calculation, and technical drawings of the Project. • Check documentation complies with design criteria/Client/ approve concept/standard • Attend weekly meetings with the client and clarify and technical queries regarding the project. • Drawing review and advice RA/ PM on the constructability. • Meet with Owner and contractor where required and attend site visits by Local Authorities to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth construction process • Provide directions to technical and site team on plans, procedures, and priorities so efforts between projects departments are coordinated. • Resolve any technical problem faced during the project construction stages
Project Name: • Solitaire Mall (The Riyadh Jewel) Project • Four Season Hotel Renovation Project • Roof mall and Kingdom Tower Vox Cinema Project • Mohammed Bin Salman Expansion • Al Faisaliyah Hotel Renovation Project • Nano Clean Room Technology Type of Project: Management and Supervision Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer Duties and responsibilities: • Review Design criteria, calculation, and drawings for Fire Sprinkler (Elite Software), Sanitary, Plumbing (by Plumbing Design Guide) and HVAC (by HAP) • Review and Approve system specification, design concept, control system, technical calculation, and technical drawings of the Project. • Check documentation complies with design criteria/Client/ approve concept/standard • Attend weekly meetings with the client and clarify and technical queries regarding the project. • Inspect work installation for Plumbing, Sanitary. Fire Fighting, Gas and HVAC system and approved as per specification of the project • Resolve any technical problem faced during the project construction stages. • Holds weekly site meetings Client and Contractor to ensure team and tasks are on schedule • Monitor cost, schedule, safety, and quality performance of contractors • Certify monthly IPA (Interim Payment Application) claim of contractor • Attend weekly meetings with the client and clarify and technical queries regarding the project. • Directs the overall project safety, health and environmental control programs to ensure strict adherence to project requirements. • Ensuring all work performed is done as per project quality standards, and contract specifications. • Meet with Owner and contractor where required and attend site visits by Local Authorities to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth approval process.
Duties and responsibilities: • Ensures safety procedures are being implemented, and embraces a safety culture in his day-to-day work activities • Directs the overall project safety, health, and environmental control programs to ensure strict adherence to project requirements. • Ensuring all work performed is done as per project quality standards, and contract specifications. • Acting as the senior field representative for Advanced Vision on site, reports directly to the project manager, and is the main point of contract in front the main contractor, client, and subcontractors. • Meet with main contractor and CM where required and attend site visits by Local Authorities in order to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth approval process. • Playing a major role supporting the project manager is all types of site activities including site meetings, and preparation of change orders • Review’s sub-contractor's staff qualifications and CVs to ensure that they are qualified for the Project at hand. • Monitor cost, schedule, safety, and quality performance of subcontractors. • Put in place quality assurance procedures to ensure that procedures for review and inspection of installations are maintained throughout the project period. • Provide directions to technical and site team on plans, procedures, and priorities so efforts between projects departments are coordinated. • Oversees the delivery of materials and major equipment • Managing team conflicts and disputes and work with Administration department to ensure full compliance of Saudi local labor laws • Holds daily site meetings to ensure team and tasks are on schedule
