Having difficulties keeping up with the Junior College system then, I switched tracks to Polytechnic and never looked back. I have since graduated from NUS Business Administration (Honours), specialising in Marketing and Business Analytics. I’m interested in market research, growth, and business strategy — especially where consumer insight, data, and commercial thinking come together to drive better decisions. Through my experiences in marketing, stakeholder management, data automation, and performance reporting, I’ve developed a strong foundation in turning analysis into action. - Spearheaded data hygiene project for Talent Acquisition Team, cleaning the Applicant Tracking System used by Grab of almost 100,000 lingering candidates - Created 2 tutorial videos on job requisition cleaning and compiled a comprehensive frequently asked questions (FAQ) on Grab’s employee wiki for data hygiene best practices, uploaded to Grab’s employee wiki; it became a reference point for Grab’s Talent Acquisition staff globally - Analysed data from over 200 job requisitions using pivot tables to determine role headcounts to prioritise, enabling higher-ups to streamline decision-making processes - Represented Grab at Ngee Ann Polytechnic Internship & Career Fair, conducting outreach to over 500 students
