I handle shipping-related matters for companies under the X-Press Feeders group. This ranges from charterparty negotiations, container/ship damage claims, incident response (general average, etc) to sale and purchase of vessels and other general corporate matters.
Refined products – tenders, sale and purchase agreements, other trading-related contracts and general dispute management (arbitration, court matters - including cross border litigation) Shipping – charterparties and related contracts, claims (demurrage, hire, etc), operational incidents LNG (shipping related) – charterparties including specific advice on heel, emissions, and sanctions issues, ad hoc queries
Maritime and International Trade - Arrest, charterparty disputes, cargo/BL-related disputes General Dispute Resolution - insolvency, fraud, land (including MCST disputes) Mediation, International Arbitration (including SIAC, ICC, ad hoc arbitration) and cases heard at all levels of the Singapore Courts.
