As a Channel/CSP Business Lead for GitHub’s MSFT & Global Partner team, I lead GitHub, Microsoft and Partners to drive AI transformation with the CSP Channel/Program in the SME&C ecosystem & Enterprise Growth segments. With 75% of knowledge workers now using AI at work and GitHub’s 150M+ developer community accelerating software delivery by up to 55% with Copilot, the opportunity is massive. This role is about connecting people, technology and business goals via GTM Strategy & Execution to shape the future of AI-powered software development. As part of the Go-To-Market & Partner Channel team I am driving alignment between GitHub and Microsoft operating units by leading key rhythms and reviews, ensuring execution excellence, providing leadership coaching, pivotal insights and managing key stakeholder relationships in sales and drive operational excellence. Supporting Digital Sales, SMB and Mid-Market Sales LT capacity for GTM and Business Management. I provide advice and contribute to various aspects of Sales Management including sales excellence, resource allocation, business planning, change management, and building high-performing teams. I work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and fruitful GTM outcomes.
The Corporate Solution Sales GTM Office is responsible for building and driving the Go-To-Market strategy, execution and transformational change across the Self-Serve, SMB & Mid-Market sales teams.
