• Develop and review Sales Incentive Policies to ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements. • Ensure commission/incentive efficiency and timely payment. • Laisse with Regional team to develop incentive schemes. • Accountable for preparation of annual and quarterly sales budgets and ensure its alignment and integrity with a focus on the annual OPEX budget. • Proactively address potential budget deviations and recommend corrective actions. • Provide analysis, and insights to support the sales compensation program and overall Sales Operations activities. • Develop analysis and enabling reports and dashboards to understand the effectiveness of the sales compensation program, strategic territory planning activities and the execution of performance management. • Work closely with sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure the achievement of revenue goals. • Deliver predictable and insightful sales intelligence to various stakeholders within the organization. • Understand and master internal sales operations processes in order to evaluate and assess opportunities for improvements. • Responsible for calculating commissions, incentives, KPI’s and all information related to sales performance.
• Increase AirtelTigo’s share of revenue by developing and executing from conception to implementation, acquisition strategies and programs to drive growth in new subscriber volumes and their contribution to gross revenue. • Leverage on market research to get insights into consumer behavior and preferences on the acquisition front to inform refinements to AirtelTigo’s welcome offers and ensure that it remains profitable and competitive. • Equip sales and trade personnel with all necessary analyses (product information) and attractive offerings to enable the team drive quality acquisitions. •Full ownership of the gross adds decay number, design and implement campaigns & schemes geared at its significant reduction. • Assist in core operational tasks, including commission scheme designs, identifying new acquisition and revenue streams and developing business cases to justify the revenue implication of new and refined initiatives. • Accountable for defining and leading execution of Go-To-Market plans for each acquisition and regional offerings in order to achieve the desired brand awareness and effectively reach the target audience. • Increase ARPU and reduce DOA of subscribers across Acquisition Value Segments. • Accountable for data user penetration on new additions to the network (gross adds). • Custodian of customer engagement campaigns and activities for 0–90-day old subscribers • Reporting of regional and national level sales performance
Developing, monitoring and analyzing KPI’s throughout the channels to enable informed decisions and resource planning based on real-time performance to support decision making process. Management of the department’s budget and cost to ensure efficiency.
•Provide information to stake holders for decision-making purposes. •Conduct statistical and strategic analysis which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and on-request reports. •Develop and maintain Tactical, Strategic, Administrative and Operational analytical capabilities. •Conduct briefings and presentations of analytical findings and conclusions. •Monitor acquisition and distribution project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. •Ensure proper documentation of processes
•Conducting Quantitative and Qualitative Market research and analyzing data from the research. •Support Consumer & Market Understanding Team in recruiting participants for Focus Group Discussions, In-Depth Interviews and other qualitative studies. •Work with Consumer & Market Understanding team to proactively gather intelligence on competitors and new market trends. •Generate basic tables, summaries and presentations as requested by Consumer and Market Understanding Team. •Executing computer assisted /paper based personal interviews in the field. •Executing computer assisted telephone interviews. •Designing questionnaires for research.
