With over nine years of experience in the construction industry, I currently serve as Vice President of Operations at Jefferson Energy, a commercial and industrial solar and electrical contractor. My focus is building scalable operational systems, developing strong leaders, and aligning people, process, and execution to support sustainable growth. I bring a hands-on background rooted in the field, paired with a strategic approach to operations—overseeing project delivery, workforce development, process improvement, and cross-department alignment.
