It's not about the grand gesture but the simple things done well. I take this motto and try and apply it to my everyday life both in and out of work. I'm a people-loving guy who loves socialising and human interaction. My work is enjoyable when the outcome has an affect on others. Outside of work I am keen for all things mountains and all things running, maybe not a combination of the two though.
