Navy Branch - Enhanced resilience programs in the Navy through designing an adjustment study, performing a literature review and attending cross-service learning sessions. - Facilitated 10 Concept-to-Capability Workshops with Navy Formations to marry up evidence-based resilience building pedagogies with operational requirements to contextualize resilience training. - Designed and coordinated lectures on stress management, coping skills and performance mindsets for trainees to reduce attrition and increase performance. SAF Centre for Leadership Development - Implemented 360-feedback exercises for SAF leaders through coordinating with stakeholders, managing and cleaning datasets and interpreting leaders' report to support leadership development efforts in the SAF. - Analysed MSLF data in SPSS to deliver insights presented by the Department Head to 500+ SAF leaders at a leadership seminar, strengthening leadership development - Designed video and script collaterals to engage stakeholders to gain buy-in for the 360-feedback system.
- Supported GIA officers in adoption investigation case management for 15+ cases, by preparing investigation reports, affidavits, and GIA consent applications, and interviewing 60+ character referees to assess adoption suitability.
- Augmented leadership development within SPF by developing and presenting a post-360 feedback coaching conversation guide grounded in psychological research and best practices. - Co-authored a publication in the 11th Home Team Journal, “Outrage (of Modesty) in the Lion City”, analysing outrage of modesty crime statistics and proposing prevention strategies.
