Team lead for Parkway Laboratories' COVID team that processes up to 10,000 samples per day. Trained to operate RAVE, BRAVE+,COBAS (6800,8800, E411), preparing RESOLUTE 2.0 and Quantstudio 5. Competent in result and curve analysis using INSPECTA. Duties include: - Receiving and registering samples - Manual aliquoting and processing of samples (RESOLUTE 2.0) - Overlooking automated processing of samples of BRAVE+ and COBAS 6800/8800/E411 - Troubleshooting BRAVE+ and RAVE errors - Analysing PCR date on Quanstudio 5 - Verification of results - Liaising with clinics and relevant authorities for positive cases follow-up

Throughout the five month in the routine biochemistry laboratory, I was shuffled in between the different stations which were involved in the testing of samples obtained from patients from SGH and various polyclinics. I was involved in the daily calibration, maintenance and QA/QC tests on the respective analysers in the department I was assigned to.
