- Resolves engineering issues and participates in supplier qualification and selection. - Provides support to proposal team - Experienced in relevant standards and codes - Coaching and mentoring of new employees - Identifies and manages interfaces within the scope and with various internal / external stakeholders. - Clarifies technical queries from the customer related to the engineering scope. - Ensures that contractual requirements will be kept during the project and leads for deviation clarification. - Deputises the EM in case of longer absences. - Has the ability to execute a small project or a large project with a few packages as an Engineering Manager
