I work at the intersection of payments, technology, and operational excellence — currently as part of the Production Assurance team within Merchant Services at JPMorgan Chase, one of the world's largest financial institutions. My day-to-day involves ensuring that critical payment systems run without disruption — the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps commerce moving for thousands of merchants globally. It's taught me to think fast, stay calm under pressure, and always ask: what could break next, and how do we prevent it?
