I've spent most my career building businesses and brands in the IT security channel, and I've learned that great marketing isn't just about visibility, it's about creating real business value for your partners and customers. My IT marketing background started distribution. At ComputerLinks (later acquired by Arrow), I managed marketing for some of the biggest names in network security like Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and others. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how the channel works, how partners think, and what it actually takes to move a product through a complex sales ecosystem. In 2017, I took on the challenge of launching and running the US operation for a Netherlands based company, Rackmount.IT, building the business from the ground up. Since then, we've grown by over 2,400%, by focusing on the fundamentals: strong brand positioning, channel development, demand generation, and making sure our partners have what they need to sell confidently. Growing a business like this takes more than marketing, it takes brand development, communications, digital marketing, account-based programs, partner enablement, and the operational discipline to tie it all together. Outside of work, I keep life simple by focusing family, and a few good hobbies like Jiu Jitsu, fishing, and guitar that keep me grounded.
