About

I help organisations change how they work — through service design, product strategy, and AI. Over the past 14 years, I've worked across global consultancies, enterprise technology companies, venture-backed startups, and founder-led businesses. My work has ranged from redesigning services and operating models at HSBC, Philips Healthcare, H&M, AB InBev, Marriott, and ServiceNow, to building AI-powered products as a founder and product leader. From co-designing GenAI solutions with Fortune 500 clients at ServiceNow to building cross-functional squads at HSBC, my focus has been getting teams across business, technology, and operations to align around a shared direction and ship. Most recently, I founded Relei, an AI platform helping professional services firms transform project knowledge into proposals and BD assets. Prior to that, I served as CPO at MoreTo, a venture-backed fintech focused on AI-powered financial guidance, where I led both product and engineering. I'm particularly interested in how AI changes the way organisations operate, make decisions, and create value. I also run Southeast Asian food popups and catering in Berlin and conduct Hokkien-Peranakan recipe adaptation research.
