I currently work as an After-School Supervisor with PLASP Child Care Services, supporting program operations, staff coordination, regulatory compliance, and child well-being across licensed school-age and extended-day kindergarten programs. I am actively pursuing formal education and professional credentialing to broaden my scope in education. I am working toward Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification (decision anticipated in May), have applied to the Master of Teaching (University of Toronto) and the MA in Early Childhood Studies (Toronto Metropolitan University), and am completing referee confirmations for the AMI Montessori Primary (3–6) Diploma Program (blended format). My long-term goal is to become a MACTE-recognized Montessori guide, integrating inclusive pedagogy, neurodevelopment-informed practice, literacy development, and educational leadership within early learning systems. My professional identity sits at the intersection of early childhood education, child development, neurodiversity, and leadership. I am committed to lifelong learning, reflective practice, and intentional growth, and to contributing to learning environments that uphold children’s dignity, independence, and holistic development.
