I am an experienced business leader, with 20+ years of P&L responsibility in professional services firms -- in content recurring B2B revenue subscription business models, advisory (fixed, retained and hourly fees) & business process outsourcing (AUM) revenue models. I am also a board member and advisor to high growth organizations (nonprofit and for-profit.) My work experience includes extensive research, product design, content development and service delivery experience in membership-based, managed service and consulting organizations. I have been a coach to leaders of multiple functional and cross-functional areas. I have a deep understanding of philanthropy services and the donor market and am a member of the B Corp community, at the intersection of profit and purpose. In my free time, I help leaders who are in "transition moments" - whether it's 'semi-retirement', moving to the social sector to find meaning and purpose or working towards financial security for you and your family, I help you think through the journey.

Managed $60M portfolio of six different businesses, with 55 global team members. Matrixed revenue management. Helped launch program for data privacy executives.
Responsible for product & business operations for fledgling government practice. Responsible for all securing multiple GWACs and obtaining preferred vendor status for government contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Developed 5 year strategic, business and operational plan for federal, state, local practice. Manage a team of professionals, and work with all external vendors, lawyers, consultants and teaming partners. Authored numerous publications on transparency, accountability, procurement, financial operations and performance management for federal agencies.

Direct responsibility for product creation operations with matrix management of revenue team. Represented business with existing and prospective clients, and delivered executive training at major industry conferences. Supervised research on topics such as IFRS, SOX and other accounting standards, tax strategy & processes, risk management, corporate governance, performance management, performance measurement. Personally authored over 30 major publications, white papers, strategic briefs and benchmarking publications on a variety of leading-edge topics.
