Responsible for the preparation, project management and delivery of conferences, exhibitions and sales events on a local, national and international level for Capita’s Software businesses. This role required me to deliver events across six different businesses within the software division (AMT Sybex, Capita Healthcare Decisions, Capita One, Capita Secure Solutions & Services, Pay360 and Synaptic Software). I was actively involved in the organisation of 126 key business events in the calendar year, for 51 of these I was the main business lead, ensuring all projects were delivered on time and within budget.
• Managing a portfolio of Webgains clients (300+) across the world, acting as a direct liaison day to day, helping with both commercial and technical enquiries. (travel, fashion, beauty, home, garden and technology verticals) • Providing both advertisers and affiliates with support to set up, launch, manage and grow their affiliate channel and create an effective affiliate marketing strategy. • Training clients at all levels in using the affiliate platform, conducting 1-1 meetings in how to improve channel performance. • Sending weekly newsletters, reviewing accounts, providing recommendations and conducting competitor bench-marking services. • Searching for opportunities to optimize and improve the account management support processes.
