Key Responsibilities: ►Responsible for Renova Cloud’s digital strategy and marketing actions to drive leads. ►Direct and develop digital marketing campaign’s, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. ►Responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital actions. ►Leverage on marketing actions to manage client prospects and inquiries to drive conversion. ►Deliver a flawless service to guarantee impeccable client prospect experience.

The Christian Bernard Group, now Marcel Robbez Masson, is now one of the European leaders in the jewelry business, from designing and manufacturing to full distribution. Its international market represents +50% of sales. Key Responsibilities: ►Responsible for supply chain project and operations, supporting strategic growth including a new group division for luxury brands and concepts under licenses, acquisitions, and in-house creation. ►Responsible for the logistics process for raw materials (diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals), including purchasing, procurement, stock, shipment, delivery. ►Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the company’s key users as well as external parties such as suppliers and distributors. ►Responsible for 15MM USD yearly procurement, a 75,000 fine and costume jewelry product catalog that included 1200 novelties per year. ►Responsible for reporting and key performance indicators to Asia’s CEO and member of the Management Board. 🎯Key Achievements: ►Became a key player in leading a strong and supportive supply chain that drove growth for the worldwide OEM, including the e-commerce channel. ►Consolidated the supply chain operations group to the main center located in Vietnam. ►Responsible for 6 years of continual growth by developing efficient supply chain policies that included both strategic and tactical solutions. ►Strengthened a long-term vision mindset amongst +20 people across multiple departments by influencing the operational plans to include performance-driven decisions. ►As a cost killer, I decreased stock and optimized purchases and transport by reducing the complexity of materials without compromising design.
