Staffing Operations Manager for the Global Business Areas Gas Energy Nuclear, Infrastructure & Corporate within Tractebel. - Lead and coordinate end-to-end staffing operations, including workforce forecasting, staffing requests management and execution of staffing plans - Act as a key interface between business units and shared service centers, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment across stakeholders - Implement and drive staffing strategy and governance frameworks aligned with business priorities - Manage, develop, and support a team of recruiters, strengthening both operational delivery and strategic capabilities - Design and deploy scalable staffing approaches across multiple business units, improving consistency and efficiency - Contribute to HR transformation initiatives by enhancing staffing processes and supporting organizational performance and growth
- Managing a team of recruiters (+10 FTE) across Belgium, France and UK. - Maintain and optimize key relationships with stakeholders within the GBA. - Close collaboration with procurement teams for effective service purchases. - Integrate GBA strategy into staffing plans. - Support operational needs forecasting. - Track staffing plan performance and KPIs. - Implement governance and key processes. - Oversee GBA-specific projects and implement new procedures to enhance staffing harmonization - Help define and manage the team budget. - Assist with process definition and supplier relationships. - Define and hire necessary resources. - Set and follow up on team objectives and conduct end-of-year interviews. - Manage recruiter team workload & develop team members’ potential.
- Coordination of a recruiters team for the BA Nuclear in Belgium and France (+5 FTE) - Point of contact for recruitment strategy and recruitment projects - Regular intervention on Procurement matters (consultants contract extension, internalizations, contract transfer cross countries, partnership negotiation) - Lead for universities/school partnership strategy within the Business Area Nuclear
• Management of complete internal & external recruitment & selection processes, from in-take meeting with hiring manager till follow-up of the onboarding (professionals and managers) for various interim management and permanent projects • Pre-screening of candidates (CV screening, telephone screening, social media) • Preparation and writing of job descriptions • Sourcing of candidates via different channels (networking, social media, database, job postings) • Conduct interviews (Competence based interview, STAR+ methodology) • Participation in selection of various freelancers (via job board platforms, Social Media, ...) & creation of a new database • Communication with clients & hiring managers, and maintain relationships on a regular basis • Development and optimization of tools and processes • Management and development of the internal database
