B2B Interior design label Dôme Deco is a Belgian SME specialising in the design and production of cosmopolitan interior collections. Its customers are interior designers and the contract market working directly on hotels, restaurants, co-working spaces and residential projects. In addition, the label is distributed by retailers worldwide. Dôme Deco offers complete interior design concepts with a strong identity and creates memorable experiences through cosmopolitan interior design concepts worldwide. ▶︎ Wrote and presented a management consulting report about a solution oriented management question related to sustainability (circular economy). ▶︎ Conducted market research of circular strategies, business models and revenue models for levering the circular economy to eliminate unused inventory in the warehouse incl. conducting a competitor analysis.
The International Business Experience Program was a multidisciplinary collaboration project among four partner universities: PXL University of Applied Sciences & Arts (Belgium), Washburn University School of Business (US), Wuhan University of Science & Technology (China), and Universidade Metodista de São Paulo (Brazil). ▶︎ Multidisciplinary collaboration project (foreign internship) between US, Chinese and Brazilian university students. ▶︎ Conducted market research (country study) to get to know the Chinese culture and the Chinese way of doing business. ▶︎ Wrote and presented a businessplan for a Belgian startup in Shanghai at a legal firm, an accounting firm, an investment company, a bank, a marketing consultancy agency and a Belgian startup company. ▶︎ Developed a roadmap for an export plan for FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. (Business Case).
