Corporate Real Estate Property & Lease Management. Responsible for accurately managing real estate lease obligations for the organization through day to day executions of tasks such as reporting, document management, stakeholder coordination, invoices, reconciliation and all other administrative taskes associated withlease administration.
• Ensuring that all scheduling processes take place in an accurate and timely manner about pipeline and lender’s instructions date, time and location. • Order mobile notary or closing attorney from designated vendor management (Signature SYNC, Snapdocs, Notarize 247). • Understanding of specific state requirements where the borrower is required to provide witness/witnesses at the closing. • Knowledge of scheduling dual closing with multiple signers and phone conference closing when applicable. • Communicates with lender, borrower and closer on daily requirements and cultivates relationship with scheduling changes due to discrepancies, rescheduling, cancellation or Did Not Sign. • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members and departments.
Perform assigned loans in system pipeline daily and prioritize workload by reviewing aging loans, lock expiration date and escalating if necessary or applicable. Review warehouse bank reports for various information needed for the investors regarding conditions and stipulations and determine the validity. Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy for our clients, investors and warehouse bank. Knowledge of utilizing specific log-in credentials from our investors/warehouse banks portal systems and submit satisfactory conditions for their review, approval and purchase of loan. Communicate with internal departments, title/settlement agents, investors and warehouse banks for missing documents and status updates. Assist with post purchase conditions from investors after sale of loan to cure any open or new deficiencies found. Possess excellent communication and organization skills, work well under pressure and team player.
