- Created platform for screening protein-protein interactions with AlphaFold3 and mass spectrometry data; analyzing epistatic interactions with DDG models and evolutionary conservation with Potts models. - Applied ESM embeddings and machine learning to screen data to characterize molecular drivers of CAR-T persistence, proliferation, and therapeutic efficacy. - Designed gRNA libraries for the study of non-coding colorectal cancer, cardiovascular, and Bipolar variants with CRISPRi; precise gene editing in Arabidopsis with CRISPRa; transcriptome targeting with Cas13. - Assessed utility of AlphaGenome, Enformer, and Borzoi for variant prioritization in CRISPR screens. - Built NGS pipeline for multimodal CRISPR-screens (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41587-024-02475-x).
