Led cross-functional teams for key meetings with stakeholders like The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey, Czech University of Life Sciences, and Adana Farmers' Association. Guided EU-aligned project planning, incorporating stakeholder insights for digital and sustainable agriculture tools.
