After hard work and good recognition from my manger, I got promoted from yard marshal to temporary operational supervisor. I worked as a temporary operational supervisor for 2 months then as I had great success as a supervisor, amazon offered me a permanent position, which I am still active in this role.
Whilst at amazon, I join the yard team where I worked in a group of people doing various roles, such as clerk, gatehouse clerk, indoor marshal and outdoor marshal. This role ended as I got promoted to a step up operation supervisor.
