Managing the partnership relations between AIESEC in Türkiye and multinational companies for all regions in Türkiye. Leading and managing the entity corporate relations, uniting 1000+ young leaders from 18+ cities, 80+ different universities with companies such as Tekfen, Eczacıbaşı, Alarko, TEB, DeFacto, Vodafone, Turkish Airlines and more. Dealing with partners about 6000 exchange participants for global projects which is supported by United Nations in 128 countries.
Participant of Global Partnership Summit and collaborating with 30+ people from 25+ countries, educated on sales and marketing processes from one of our global partners DHL. Worked on different sales tacticals and digital promotions to connect youth and business perspective for Europe Region.
Leading an organization as a local ngo president with 8 executive board members and 100 volunteers, including 8 departments for Adana, Mersin, Hatay, Niğde, Kayseri youth and business potential.(incoming exchange, incoming internship exchange, outgoing exchange, outgoing internship exchange, business development, finance, talent management, marketing). Led a budget and had partnerships with local universities and municipalities.
• Collecting market information and monitor competitors, adjust market strategy according to changes of market.resources to optimize product performance • Making data statistics, sectoral analyses and assessment (Steel, Energy, Logistic, Textile, Chemistry, Electronics, Education, Entrepreneurship & Startups, Outsourcing, IT) • Creating sales strategies and implementation • Coordination of Sales programs: Support in identification of Sales (e.g. account planning, opportunity reviews) • Monitoring sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve planned goals • Creating new local corporate projects based on GIP • Sales Management and Leading 3 teams with 15 team members • Building right network for sales activities to support mass sales and promotions, supporting the marketing side to develop marketing materials and prepare proposals. • Strategically allocating the teams’ time and resources (e.g. cold calls, sales meetings, networking events) • Business development and sales trainings to team leaders and members
