I am seeking a senior administrative position in an Industrial or a Services Company with functions such as Facility Management; Site Management; Operations Management or Administration Management are not the limits of my Capabilities specially that I combine a Military background of 20 years with an Entrepreneurial Expertise having started a value-added supply chain company serving the hospitality sector for 5 years.
• Developing the Business Plan prior to the project launch to present to the shareholders; including Strategy, Operations, Commercial & Financials. • Evaluating the different Assets needed for the business and conducting a Procurement Process with values of Productivity, Maintainability, Durability and resale value being considered; payment terms varying dependent on the type of the assets and the financing available were also considered. Assets included: Machinery, HVAC Equipment, Fleet and Office requirements. • Managing the Entire Operations including: Production, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Production Planning and Equipment Expansion, Commercial negotiations with key account, management of sales force and supply chain/fleet, administration, financial management and accounting.
• Led Military legion in the Field • Conducted Major Military Operations Projects: • Managed Artillery equipment. • Responsible for major operational management in an autonomous manner as the majority of the assignments were in Field locations with limited high-ranked officers and the role was not an office/administrative nature similar to central assignments. • Responsible for the Recognition and Discipline of the team • Improved procedures for efficiency based on the requirements of the role
