- Responsible for applying all the KPI's ( Key Performance Indicators ) of the spare parts activities. - revising and approving orders of Spare parts - Revising Existing Stock and keep in safe zone. - ensure the availability of spare parts required for workshops, service centers and authorized dealers. - creating channels and network for spare parts distributorship among the countries based on 3S concept ( sales - service and spare parts ) - leading a teamwork for spare parts including order processing, sales, warehouse keepers, stock controllers, etc. - following up warranty claims, field campaigns, etc. - working to ensure the availability of spare parts reaching satisfactory results . - revising initial inquiries for spare parts for the new vehicles according to VIN numbers using ETKA software. - building a stable and suitable pricing strategy to ensure price suitability to end users. cooperating with service centers managers, IT, Vehicles sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

I was responsible for developing the Automotive Spare parts aftermarket brands :Hella Germany - Continental -( Ate & VDO) - Federal Mogul Beru - GE - Sangsin ( Hi-Q )- Marco - Contitech and all the related activities starting by market researches, preparing the purchasing budget, applying a short term and long term l plan for ordering, purchasing & Importing of needed items . - Following up spare parts market for the related parts such as : Belts - Lighting - electrics and electronics - Brake parts - Spark Plugs - suspension parts - Horns - Batteries - from suppliers . to increase the market share ans launching a new products. Preparing orders, contracts, following up until material availability including shipping, selecting appropriate IncoTerms, custom clearance...etc. Following up claims, credit notes and payments.
