About

I almost built cars for a living. That changed in fifth grade when I found a free music creation tool online. One session in — plan gone. Toxin Beatz was born. That was 2019. Since then: seven projects released. A record deal signed as the first artist on One Gravity. Spotify verification, Google recognition as a Musical Artist. 400+ streams in the first week of my most recent album. None of it was handed to me. When I realised I'd need design, video, and marketing work regardless of who I signed with, I learned it myself — graphic design, video editing, filmmaking, creative direction. I didn't want a diluted version of my own vision. I built the operation to handle it all. Today I work across: → Music Production · Mixing · Mastering (Hip-Hop, Trap, R&B, Dystopian) (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro) → Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) → Video Editing · Filmmaking · Creative Direction I've interned at a BSE/NSE-listed renewable energy firm - KP Group and a financial services company - IFIPL, both in graphic design and I'm currently completing a Diploma in Advanced Music Production at The Audio Guys Institute, Mumbai. The reason most artists and labels lose control of their identity is fragmentation — the sound, the visuals, and the marketing aren't speaking the same language. I make sure they do. Currently open to: label signings · creative collaborations · freelance production & design. DM on Instagram or reach me at [email protected]

    • Graphic Designer - 3E Apprentice Program (Freelance) | 2025
      Oct 2025 - Oct 2025 · 1 mo

A third commission for Murtaza Mustafa - this time designing the programme document for his most intimate offering: the 3E Apprenticeship. The 3E Apprenticeship is a six-month, project-based learning engagement limited to just 3–5 participants, built around three pillars — Education, Exposure, and Experience. Unlike conventional courses, it places apprentices inside real client work: live consulting calls, weekly 1:1 growth sessions, field visits, and hands-on PMF experiments. Murtaza brings a decade of experience, Harvard Business School Online certification, and a track record of 21,000+ learners to a programme designed for depth over breadth. The document I designed laid out the complete programme architecture — the 3E model and how monthly fees are split across each pillar, the six-month roadmap from voice and presence in Month 1 through to business model storytelling in Month 6, the weekly deliverables, outcomes, and the formal terms including NDA requirements and apprenticeship agreements. The design brief demanded clarity above everything. The content was dense — financial breakdowns, milestone timelines, qualification criteria, and outcome statements — and the challenge was presenting it in a format that felt considered and professional without becoming cluttered. Clean layout, structured hierarchy, and purposeful typography carried the document through. A precise brief, executed to match it.

    • Event Collateral Designer - Udaan: Rise Beyond Yourself (Freelance) | September 2025
      Sep 2025 - Sep 2025 · 1 mo

A second commission for Murtaza Mustafa - this time, not a digital portfolio but a full suite of large-format print collateral for a live event. Udaan: Rise Beyond Yourself was a motivational program held for the first time in Jamnagar on September, 20th 2025 at Dhanvantari Auditorium, organised by the Dawoodi Bohras of Jamnagar for youth, entrepreneurs, and homemakers. The event drew from a jamaat of 5,000+ members, with seating limited to 500 on a first-come, first-served basis — a constraint that made the promotional material's urgency as important as its aesthetics. The full print suite comprised three formats across five deliverables: A stage banner (3×10 ft) — the primary visual anchoring the entire event space behind the speaker. A podium banner (2.25×4 ft) — carrying Murtaza's credentials: Harvard Business School Online certified, PMF Consultant, and Founder of Growth Theory. Two entrance banners (2×6 ft each) — welcoming attendees and setting the tone before they entered the auditorium. Alongside the print collateral, I designed three sequential social media posters tracking the event's progression — the initial announcement, a mid-campaign update confirming 270+ entries with 220 seats remaining, and a day-of reminder. Both English and Gujarati copy were incorporated across all designs, reflecting the community's bilingual identity. Every deliverable went through revisions, with dimension and organisational detail changes addressed in real time.

    • Graphic Designer - 4Ps by M² (Freelance) | August 2025
      Aug 2025 - Aug 2025 · 1 mo

This was my first paid design commission - and the terms were set by the client, not me. Murtaza Mustafa is a business speaker, entrepreneur, and community builder with over a decade of experience and 21,000+ learners addressed nationwide. Through his organisation IWOYM Group, he runs four flagship community programs: the Idea Validation Board for youth, Product-Market Fit for entrepreneurs and investors, Stronger Together for couples, and One Community, One Direction for collective growth. He needed a portfolio document that could represent all four programs — cleanly, professionally, and in a format he could send to community centres and organisers. I was connected to him through my mentor and teacher, Batul Merchant. He arrived with total clarity: every resource prepared, every detail ready. Before I had even started, he named his fee, before I could undervalue my own work. The deliverable was a multi-page PDF portfolio — clean, minimal, and structured across his full 4-program suite. The design carried his three foundational values — Neeyat, Yakeen, Shukr — as a visual thread through the document, alongside his speaker bio, program frameworks, testimonials from senior figures including a director at Monginis Foods and faculty in Entrepreneurship Management, group size specifications, fee structures, and delivery formats.

  • Designer & Video Editor - Reality Unfiltered Podcast (Freelance) | 2024-25 at Reality Unfiltered
    Aug 2024 - Apr 2025 · 9 mos

Reality Unfiltered is a podcast founded by my friend, Yagya Bisani. A series built on a deliberate premise: not two-hour marathon conversations, but focused 20–25 minute episodes with elite businesspeople, structured around extractable, actionable insights rather than broad inspiration that fades by morning. My involvement grew progressively. It started with being present on set, helping configure cameras, set up microphones, and manage the technical side of recording sessions. From there, I moved into editing short-form content: cutting five to six promotional reels from full episodes for distribution across Instagram and YouTube. Each clip was engineered for reach - pulling the sharpest moments from longer conversations and packaging them for a short-form audience. I also contributed to full episode editing, working in parallel with Yagya and my close friend, Shees Bandookwala, splitting responsibilities so we could focus on scripting and preparing for the next guest. When the podcast reached a point where branding became the priority, I designed the logo for Reality Unfiltered — developed in under fifteen minutes, with a clear intent. The identity is built around Rolex green as the dominant colour, chosen for its associations with precision and premium positioning. Deliberate negative space runs through the design, keeping it clean, uncluttered, and built for longevity across both long-form and short-form contexts. Two versions were produced: a short-form mark and a full horizontal lockup. I also designed YouTube thumbnails for eight episodes, featuring guests including Gaurav Singhvi, Nimisha Parekh, Neeraj Gattani, Sagar Almani, Vikas Gupta, Vardan Kabra, Rohan Mehta, and Ajay & Jaydeep Solanki — each built on the same visual identity.

  • Fountainhead School (Surat · On-site)
    • DP Graphic Design & Social Media Lead (Student)
      Jun 2023 - Apr 2025 · 1 yr 11 mos

During my final two years of school, I owned the complete graphic design and social media responsibilities for three student-led events — building visual identities, designing print collateral, and managing public-facing communications end to end. Bioscope 1.0 - February 2024: Our school's first-ever student-led film exhibition. I designed the entire visual identity: logo, promotional poster, and entry tickets. The logo featured the 'i' replaced with an Oscar statuette and the 'c' reimagined as an open film reel, built around an Oscars gold and black palette. The poster ran across school wings and official social media. I introduced a ticket-based entry system, first of its kind, based on the real life, retro theater tickets — with Bollywood dialogues printed on the back. I also designed the poster for our group film Winter's Warmth. Global Odyssey 4.0 - February 2024: As Social Media Lead for our school's annual Business Management and Economics fair, I designed the main event poster and a formal invitation circulated to all faculty including the Head of School and Senior School Principal. Bioscope 2.0 — February 2025: Full identity rebuild. Logo redesigned around Oscars gold and red carpet red. Tickets overhauled — fully retro, individually personalised with unique numbers and QR codes, backs featuring recreated Bollywood meme moments shot with real students and teachers. I also designed posters for my individual film shot in Madinah, and the group film The Last Bell — on which I served as co-cinematographer, sound designer, and background score composer.

    • MLC Graphic Design Lead (Student)
      Nov 2022 - Feb 2025 · 2 yrs 4 mos

I joined Maverick Learning Centre in Grade 7 as part of its first graduating batch — a project-based learning initiative that operated differently from conventional schooling. By Grade 10, I had taken on an unofficial but very real role: the person responsible for MLC's visual output. Every event came with a brief, a deadline, and work that would be printed, displayed, and seen by an audience beyond the classroom. I designed across formats — standees (36×72 in), A2 and A3 posters, flyers, photo booth banners, invitations, name tags, social media graphics, and certificates — adapting to each event's identity while maintaining coherence across the broader MLC brand. For Spectrum (Term 1, January 2023), I handled the complete event collateral: entry standee, A3 promotional poster, flyer, and photo booth banner — all built around the Driven by Passion theme. It was my first experience owning an event's visual identity end-to-end. For Spectrum 1.0 (Term 2, April 2023) — held at Nomads Café, Dumas — the scope grew considerably. I designed the standee, A3 poster, formal invitation, core committee member graphics, and the book launch backdrop for Made in Surat, a business book researched and compiled by MLC students. I was also brought in to redesign the book's final layout, cover, and formatting from scratch — detail-intensive work that required a different level of precision than event design. Across Grade 11 and 12, I continued delivering for events including Money Heist, Greenovation, Kese Hoga Drama?, People of Surat, and Suits 1.0 — each with its own visual language and timeline. I wasn't given a design team. I was the design team.

    • Event Photographer - Kalakriti & Guest Speaker Session
      Feb 2023 - Feb 2024 · 1 yr 1 mo

Photography started as a personal pursuit in Grade 10, but it didn't take long for it to earn real assignments. In February 2023, I was selected as one of the student photographers for Kalakriti — Fountainhead School's annual inter-school arts competition spanning music, drama, mime, and various other art forms, with participants from schools across Surat. I shot the entire event on my own digital camera, capturing performances mid-action, stage compositions, and candid moments between participants. Every photograph was shot and edited independently. By the time I had developed enough understanding of the craft, I co-hosted a phone photography workshop for junior students alongside a friend — teaching compositional fundamentals and how to use everyday devices as genuine creative tools, not just casual cameras. The assignments continued. In January 2024, I was called to photograph a guest speaker session for Grade 2 students — my first time behind a DSLR. Adapting to manual controls and indoor lighting conditions with no room for retakes was a different challenge entirely. The following month, I covered Global Odyssey 4.0, tasked specifically with photographing the band performers throughout the event. Every photograph across all four engagements was shot and edited by me.

  • Event Banner - Green Gujarat x The Earthen One (Freelance) | December 2024 at Freelance
    Dec 2024 - Dec 2024 · 1 mo

A freelance commission to design the official event banner for Welcome to Surat Fest - a collaborative event between Green Gujarat and The Earthen One, held on 26th December 2024 from 5:00 PM onwards. The event brought together food tasting, a cooking workshop, jamming sessions, activities, games, and networking under one roof, a broad offering that the banner had to communicate clearly without becoming cluttered. The design balanced both organisations' identities, presenting Green Gujarat and The Earthen One as equal co-hosts while keeping the event details - date, time, ticketing (covering food, activities, and the workshop) , immediately readable. A single deliverable, executed cleanly and on brief.
