Certified FHH Watch Expert and member of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) Academy, I am a Learning & Development professional specialized in the watchmaking and luxury industries. I currently work as Learning Experience Coordinator at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Geneva, contributing to the coordination and deployment of learning experiences supporting training and knowledge transmission across internal and retail networks. Previously, I gained experience at Hermès in international after-sales customer relations, and at the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH), where I contributed to the development of training programs, certification processes, and major industry events including Watches & Wonders 2025. I hold a double bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics and a Master’s degree in Business and Market Economics, and I am a graduate of the Grande École Program at Em Lyon business school. My interests focus on Learning & Development, retail training and structured knowledge transmission within high-expertise industries.
• Coordination and deployment of learning experiences and training programs for internal teams and retail networks. • Creation and management of digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules and learning platforms. • Contributing to the enhancement of watchmaking culture and product knowledge across the Maison. • Organization and support of international training sessions, workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure effective knowledge transmission across the Maison. • Monitoring learner engagement and supporting continuous improvement of training experiences. • Administrative and operational support for Learning & Development projects and initiatives.
• Participation in the nomination and voting processes of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG). • Evaluation and selection of timepieces competing across multiple award categories. • Contribution to the promotion of excellence, innovation and craftsmanship within the watchmaking industry.
• Contribution to the development and management of training programs at the FHH Academy • Creation of educational content for partner brands, aimed at training sales teams. • Supervision of certification processes for watch industry professionals (Watch Advisor, Specialist, Expert). • Participation in the organization of Watches and Wonders 2025, particularly in relation to training. • Collaboration with various teams (content, sales, certification, digital learning) on cross-functional projects. • Industry monitoring and benchmarking of competing training programs in watchmaking and luxury sectors.
• Supervision of After-Sales flows on a global scale, with a particular focus on Asia (notably China), Europe, and Latin America, covering over 150 points of sale. • Coordination between logistics, retail, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations. • Monitoring of anomalies and proactive management of customer disputes, including rapid implementation of solutions for urgent reshipments. • Performance analysis by geographical area through regular reporting, with identification of specific areas for improvement. • Training and support for international teams in the use of CRM/ERP tools and in mastering customer management processes.
