Certified FHH Watch Expert and member of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) Academy, I am a Learning & Development professional specialized in the watchmaking and luxury industries. I currently work as Learning Experience Coordinator at Jaeger-LeCoultre in Geneva, contributing to the coordination and deployment of learning experiences supporting training and knowledge transmission across internal and retail networks. Previously, I gained experience at Hermès in international after-sales customer relations, and at the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH), where I contributed to the development of training programs, certification processes, and major industry events including Watches & Wonders 2025. I hold a double bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics and a Master’s degree in Business and Market Economics, and I am a graduate of the Grande École Program at Em Lyon business school.
