Interim On-Site Manager for EZPayroll in charge of staffing, recruiting and payroll for Tech Packaging line workers in Berwick, PA. Also responsible for marketing, workman comp documentation and conducting interviews and orientation for all new employees in a fast paced environment with high turnover. TimeForce and TempWorks software used daily. This is a temporary assignment to cover a maternity leave. I will be available for new opportunities in mid November.
Working as a temporary contract recruiter, my main duty was to mine passive candidates to fill internal openings at Randstad and accurately "match" a candidate's skill set to the requirements of various hiring managers.
