Build & Deliver: I grow exponentially powerfully cross-organization strategic maturity process and planning for the organizations I serve. My focus is on disability inclusion digital accessibility, program management, and brand strategy. Through customer journey mapping I elevate organizations to their internal and external audiences. This allows organizations to deliver on their strategic planning goals and social responsibilities while also providing measurable outcomes in global business and policy communities. I am currently serving the accessibility profession around the world in both small and large-scale growth. I learn and teach both technical and strategic accessibility integration from the individual to strategy in the boardroom. Learning from disabled people, practitioners, and accessibility policy creators allows me to bring together perspectives and challenges to advance the accessibility profession and disability rights. With my guidance IAAP Certifications have grown from one offering in 2016 to a suite of four certifications across five distinct areas of disability inclusion. From 35 to more than 11,000 certifications issued, and double digit growth year-over-year and organizational infrastructure development is a joy to support. Managing a team of three, we are now serving more than 7,000 professionals in more than 100 countries around the world as they learn, grown, and maintain their accessibility knowledge and skills. This includes maintaining and renewing via professional development offerings and knowledge sharing across a three year period for each certificant. I also deliver actionable role-based workshops and webinars to help organizations engage and affect intentional disability inclusion. My specializations have been geared towards association management and meeting planning professionals. My credentials: The ASAE Certified Association Executive (CAE) illustrates the ability to demonstrate knowledge essential to manage and lead an association in the 21st century across the eight domains of the CAE. Less than 4% of all association professionals earn the CAE. 0.64% of CAEs earn the ICE-CCP. The Institute of Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) demonstrates competence in professional credentialing, governance and resources, program operations, and assessment development and validation. In 2024, there are 260 ICE-CCPs. Only 40 hold the CAE.
