Responsible for provisioning system access on 300+ systems to internal and external users within the SLA timeframe. Assist in testing for system access and disaster recovery, and onboarding of new applications. Review desktop procedures annually to ensure process is accurate and up to date. Research and resolve system access issues.
Responsible for implementing ACH Services for corporate customers. Assist clients in testing of file formats on ACH transmission to ensure NACHA guidelines are followed. Research and resolve errors in a timely manner. Provide high level of customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, emails, and requests.
Responsible for reviewing investigation disputes, claim forms, and fraud cases to provide a resolution for customer. Assist in testing of new database and creating procedures for new database process.
