As the HR shared services delivery manager for Ireland and Western Europe at Natwest and Ulster Bank.I have the accountability and responsibility to optimise the operational service delivery of the HR shared services, including payroll, resourcing, learning, and pensions administration. I have over 17 years of experience in operational HR, managing people, HR projects, resourcing and talent management, working with diverse businesses and functions, both agency and in-house. I am passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and service improvement through feedback channels and partnerships.

Accountability as the key conduit to optimise the operational service delivery of the HR Shared Services organisation to the island of Ireland including – accountability for Payroll, Resourcing, Learning and Pensions administration for all in scope businesses. Partner with the Country HR team to understand business priorities and manage day to day relationships with the business. Lead the development and delivery of a customer engagement strategy to ensure service improvement is a measurable outcome from customer feedback channels.
