An Digital Forensic Investigator with a First Class Forensic Computing honours degree. I have over 7 years experience working in digital forensics.
Responsible for performing forensic analysis on computer exhibits and producing technical reports of my findings. In total I have produced over 35 technical forensic reports for various UK police forces. All my work was undertaken in accordance with the ACPO Guidelines – Good Practice Guide for Computer based Electronic Evidence, of which I have a sound knowledge. Also responsible for pre-imaging and imaging computer exhibits. Pre-imaging involves examining a variety of electronic media and identifying and removing any devices that have the potential to store electronic data that may be of evidentiary value. The imaging process consists of creating Forensic Images of any storage media found during pre-imaging in order for it to be analysed. I have gained in-depth experience in acquiring data from over 500 exhibits in over 250 different cases and have produced over 100 accurate witness statements that clearly demonstrate the results of each individual case. For several months of my time at IntaForensics, I was in charge of managing the daily activities in the imaging laboratory. These duties included the training and mentoring of over 10 new employees, ensuring all exhibits are imaged and sent to their respective analysts on time, overseeing the current stock of cases and forensically archiving past cases. In addition to my main duties, I have also written numerous training manuals on forensic imaging, have quality assured the work of my colleagues and also delivered and collected exhibits from various police forces.

Recruited to launch a customer relationship management system across 6 individual companies. The companies had no customer database and relied on individual 'black books' of contacts to chase down sales. I trialled several proprietary software packages and recommended the management the best fit software. I had to capture all existing and past customer contacts and organise in a relational database to upload to the system, draft and publish an instruction manual and training material and then cascade across the various sales teams. Tasked with coordinating with sales team and compiling various lists of customer details, organising into set fields and then creating an online database for details to be uploaded into. Majority of duties completed using Excel but also used online CRM database. Also created an instruction manual of how to use database and presented it to the sales team.
