Manages a team of 12-14 students - coaching, training and teaching volleyball skills Head Coach of Varsity (overseas all Varsity participants) Traveling to different schools for games (in city and out of city)
Manages parts based off of due dates and corresponding order number Prep the material for bonding. Cleaning, Blasting, and taping. Debonds parts to apply new target on to backing plates Metals being used are Indium & Tin (liquid metal to bond components together), Copper, Gold, Titanium, Tungsten, Silver, and Chromium. Assists cleaning materials once they’re bonded and get it prepped for shipment Sends parts to QC for any minor mistakes before we ship parts out Uses calipers to make sure that parts being bonded are within client/customer Specs of requirements
Opening Warehouse for employees; printing daily orders to be picked and packed + Closing Warehouse and foreseeing all packages are picked up by Fedex and UPS before warehouse is shut down daily Picking/Packing daily orders - specified by per client/company (Estore fronts) Assists and helps manage Inventory, Receiving Dock, Shipping/Freight, Fulfillment Usage of different platforms - Propago, Salesforce, Asana, Fedex + UPS Ship Manager Checks in delivered packages, receives in the inventory into Propago system - finds home placement in fulfillment center per Estore Inventory checks - system vs physical counts don’t match Ship management, shipping orders, ships pallets Packaging items into kits/gift packaging per project (different clients) Working alongside sales team via clients estores Restocking pickbins, topstacking overstock, and uses forklift to move pallets onto shelving
Packaging items/gift packages via per client (Companies such as Ziprecruiter, Instacart, MovableInk, etc.) New Fulfillment Projects Daily - producing 200 to 500 gift packages per day Handling of shipping labels – carefully making sure items match order numbers and attaching correct shipping label Overseeing each package – making sure employees are packaging correct items per order (sizes, giveaways, socks, etc) Attention to detail – Entailing each package meet the standards of the company Prepping all material needed per project/assignment Downstacking/Upstacking leftover materials per project/Shipping in bulk any additional leftovers Stacking kits on pallets to be shipped daily - stacking 6”ft high on a standard pallet.
Loading Coil Bands into large Machines to be cleaned and cut Handling and usage of Diecasts (verifying the die to create the car parts needed per order - steel or aluminum) Quality control car parts on belt released from die machines - one by one - pulling off any parts that are not qualified during inspection Banding metal straps together per order + hand stacking large metal sheets Collecting trucks - loading and unloading trucks with materials for car parts Daily paperwork - keeping track of numbers and staying on top of daily quotas ( based on a per order daily) First and last piece inspection and making sure it meets requirements for the next steps
