Part of an exceptional team at Ocean Infinity building a new way of working offshore through our Armada Fleet of 21/36/78m uncrewed or lean crewed vessels and our state of the art remote control and data centre. A particular focus in growing the business in the offshore wind and power transmission sectors. Seabed Mapping, SIte Investigations, Construction Support, Inspection and Maintenance.
In the corporate development function, I am working on a multitude of tasks aimed at developing and strengthening the DeepOcean organization. The goal is to support senior management in achieving the outset vision for DeepOcean, by taking on and executing strategic and ‘special projects’. The role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with numerous departments of the business in the coordination of submissions of communications that affect the business and the business’s goals directly from all departments. At this capacity, the position also plays an active role in the coordination of communications necessary for business’s events, for example, board meetings. I also work closely with creative teams, in the development of media content submissions, case studies, internal employee updates.
This role has a focus on internal projects. I achieved the following tasks during this time: Project Managed the creation of two new business entities in DeepOcean. Developed and implemented new Project Model. Developed and implemented new DeepOcean core Values. Supported the overhaul of the DeepOcean Business Management System, including a full system review of our governing procedures, the introduction of best practices. Project Managed the split of one operational division into two separate divisions. Assisting the Executive Management Team with objectives, board meetings, budgets and forecasts.
Part of the Business Development team in DeepOcean, ensuring a strong technical focus across the life cycle of a project, from initial contact with Business Development, to ensuring a robust and reliable technical and commercial solution and maintaining close and strong relationships with key clients throughout. Role includes responsibility for: • Promoting DeepOcean unique selling points across Oil and Gas, Renewable and Interconnector markets in UK and Europe. • Identifying and developing new technical solutions to meet evolving client requirements
