• Optimising the effectiveness of talent as an operation and driving best practice across the board. • Building out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance. • Developing and managing relationships with recruiting partners and vendors. • Researching cutting-edge technologies and evaluating the recruiting stack • Facilitate interview training and unconscious bias workshops to up-skill the team.
• Ownership over full cycle recruitment process: from screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and guiding hiring managers. • Develop and facilitate recruitment strategies and event materials in collaboration with creatives and developers (live events, Meetups, networking, career page). • Teaming up with different stakeholders to further enhance, implement and increase AMBOSS’ employer branding activities. • Research and develop original strategies to identify and captivate top talent. • Manage and constantly enhance the candidates’ experience throughout the recruitment processes.
